DESCRIPTION: Exercise is a great way to improve your energy level. It helps to improve your mood, support normal blood sugar levels and diabetes, support heart health and improve sex drive. Exercise doesn't have to be done in the gym. Exercise is moving your body through anything that is fun for you. Swimming, walking, yoga, bowling or whatever makes you happy, do it.  Start with just 5 minutes every day and increase the time as your body is able. In time you will increase to 30 minutes 5 times per week as recommended.
