Three part breathing. Breathing into our chest, ribcage and baby. Making sure you are seated comfortably in a cross legged position in your sacred space on your mat or energy if need be. Feel your sit bones nicely grounded and elongate into your sign a feeling once again as if someone was pulling an invisible string out of the crown of your head. Okay, we started by breathing into our chest, feeling our chest ride as we inhale and feeling arches drop again as we place your right hand on your chest. Breathe in deeply and feel your chest dry.

And then breathe out fully feeling your chest dropping again. repeat the step three more time breathing and fully through your nostrils. Chest riding Breathing out fully through your nostrils allowing your chest to gently drop again. If your nose is blocked, that allow yourself to breathe in and out through your mouth deeply janky and fully neck, we place our hands to the part of our ribcage and as we inhale deeply, we feel our ribcage expanding. And as we exhale fully, we feel our ribcage contracting and the lungs have full more breaths here. Inhale expanding into your rib cage and on explanation contracting into your good I mean once you've completed your last breath here, Genki allow your hand to drop down to and then placing one hand on your belly.

Inhale deeply blowing up into your baby like a balloon. And as you exhale, pull your navel towards your spine and feel your belly hollering. Now for more breaths, breathing deeply into your belly, blowing up like a balloon and exhaling, fully putting. Okay, and then allowing your brain to move back into a nice gentle, rhythmical pattern suitable for your body's needs. with hp preparing to breathe all three breaths into one to breathe in from our chest, into our ribcage into our belly. From our belly and tell rib cage in charge.

Great. So beginning here now, inhaling one day of your breath into your chest, and continuing your second third of inhalation into your rib cage, and then the last into your bed. And then as you exhale, pull able to sign, breathing out of your breath, and then dropping into your ribcage, breathing out the second and then dropping into your chest. Breathing, the last letter sometimes more difficult to do than to imagine. And should you find that difficult thing. Close your eyes and imagine yourself filling your lungs up with breath.

Starting with your chest, in rib cage, and then blowing up massively. And then exhale. navels dropping into your rib cage, and lastly your chest. Often through the use of imagining or visualizing this, we assist our body and physically moving through the process to repeating this breath work for more time. And then gently allow your breath to move back to a normal relaxed breath suitable for your body right now. The three part breathing is a great tool teaching you how to breathe with the full capacity of your land.

The deeper we breathe, the more in control we have our lotions and all of that goes on within and around. Gently allowing those helps people back to your breath centering and connecting connected mind, body and soul
