DESCRIPTION: Easy breath is the perfect way to allow yourself to become familiar with what it feels like to breathe properly in and out of your body.
Here, find yourself a comfortable place to sit. This will only take a couple of minutes if even and can be done literally anywhere!
Following the instructions as on the video to begin with, you can then alternate by placing one hand on your chest and the other on your lap. Here you can feel your chest rise as you take a deep breath in and feel your chest drop as you breathe back out.
Here you can once you have mastered this breathing add an easy count of 4 to your inhalations as well as exhalations.
After some practice you can increase the count of your breath to 6 / 7 or even 8.
