DESCRIPTION: My name is Delco Dobrev, a wellness coach, and my work is to help people regain and get physical, psycho-emotional, and mental health. I am giving lectures and seminars on healthy nutrition topics and how to effectively move to a vegan or raw vegan diet without getting into substance and energy deficiencies.
Over the last 7 years, I've been conducting online courses in Bulgaria, where people are engaged in body cleansing and health recovery. Physics we restore, mainly through dietary changes. Changes in diet are based on the principles of naturopathy and natural nutrition for humans. Of course, it is often necessary to use additional purification procedures and practices in order for the purification processes to move more dynamically, as often only changes in the diet do not lead to rapid cleansing reactions and have to wait very long until the body is clear.
