In this section of the course, we're going to be covering one of the best or if not the best Parental Control software's that each parent can have today, custodian. Let's go ahead and begin. I want to open Google Chrome and I'm going to do a search for custodial qu es to di. There it is custodial, best parental control software. Let's go and click that. I'm going to go ahead and click downloads at the top of the screen and I'm going to select protect this windows allow the download to finish Let's go ahead and minimize that.
Click Run, accepted install. Now typically, I would fast forward this process of downloading and installing and just kind of have the video ready for you guys. But I think it was important just in case you guys ran across any errors or problems during install to have a baseline to go off of. So we're going to let this continue to download and install. Okay. Here we're seeing that custodian is letting us know that any web browsers that we have opened will have to be restored.
So we're going to click OK. Okay, we see in the bottom right corner, custodial protection has already began taking effect not only already went through the trouble of setting up an email account, which is very simple. It's just going to ask you guys for an email, set up a password and you're done. So since I've already done that, I have a parent account. So I'm going to select that option, and click Next. We're going to log in with a email account are created.
And select enter. See that this is the lab computer. Select Next. Okay, we see we have one profile already set up. Now let's go ahead and create a new user. I'm going to select Add a new user and let's name this one.
Miss Amazing I said her birth year to let's say 2000 so girl now let's select a photo for Miss amazing Okay, let's go that Select Next click Next one more time and this lets us know that custodial is now active one click Next. Next through these okay now here we're have what's called the family portal. Let's go ahead and go there. Okay, we see we have some activity that's already began it's gonna close out of this alright guys so now next course we'll be covering the rules that we can set up using custodia.
