ESM 10.0 - Understanding Disablers is the 9th of 25 distinct and separate courses, referenced as Executive Safety Minutes (ESMs), available that teach the student how to be strategic in creating a plan to improve and/or maintain safety performance.
Being strategic is important because if one does not get the big picture strategy right the tactics may not be effective and ultimately prove to be a lost resource.

This will boost your confidence, further develop your professional skillset, and help you influence strategic decisions.
