So I just want to create a quick shadow could you use my number six brush, put some water down on my palate take a little this black, just so I have a light shadow color, mix a little more water in with that and they start with my jalapenos. I'm just going to make a little shadow underneath them to go around three quarters of the jalapeno just like this. It's a very subtle color. I'll do the same thing here with the slices. Come to the jar, just going to go right underneath it. And again, this is really subtle.

We may introduce a background later, which is optional, but I just want to ground these objects slightly. I'll do the timer. This jar in the sieve We'll let this dry and the next step we'll start our writing our text using our pen. If you don't want to use any text of your own hand, that's okay.
