In this class, you will learn about the theoretical underpinnings of systematic desensitization and exposure therapy and how they apply to clinical populations of people with social anxiety/phobia and eating disorders. You will learn how to practically implement these interventions with your client base.

• How to teach skills for nervous system downregulation
• How to teach relevant cognitive behavioral therapy strategies 
• How to make a systematic desensitization "challenge hierarchy" and how to implement this in practice
