Be compassionate. So try to have time for a little bit of mindfulness and meditation. So when you are going through a weight loss journey, it's always difficult because weight loss is not always going down. There is platitudes you hate sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes you you wouldn't gain way. So meditation with self compassion, loving kindness, those type of things will help you relax with your stress. And that is the best thing you can do to help yourself soar while going through the journey.
