This is no brainer, but it has a study behind it. So the suggestion is reduce your meat intake. So there was a study done in 2013, which was published in the American Journal of Nutrition and Dietetics, which suggested vegetarian food eaters are more thinner and healthier than their counterparts, the meat eaters. And the reason is simple because the meat carries more fat, right? So going down completely vegetarian might not be possible but a tip for you is replace your beef or meat with maybe black beans, right? That would taste maybe similar and it will give you the flavor as well.
So if you are eating meat seven days, maybe cut down and eat only four days.
