So you do it for 30 seconds and take rest for 30 seconds and then do another 30 seconds but when you are doing it, you go with full intensity and peace has been proven to burn fat more effectively than longer term exercises or longer workout period. So if you go for a run for 30 minutes, and if you do hit for 10 minutes, the research has proven that hit burns more calories, and it has a long term impact as well.
