So there was a research done in Tel Aviv University and I'll read what happened. One group had a 304 calorie breakfast with 10 grams of carbs. And the other group they had 600 calorie breakfast with 60 grams of carbs, but the other groups they were having cookies or chocolate or cakes. So halfway through the eight month study, both groups had lost an average of 33 pounds per person, right? And that's the end. However, the low carb group at the end of the study they regain to 22 pounds.
So the desert group, they lost additional 15 pounds to 33 plus 15. Right. So what they reported is the group who was eating the cakes and chocolates in moderation, they were able to suppress their calorie and their cravings.
