So the suggestion is eat your fruit rather than drinking juices, which is readymade or you get it from a shop. The reason is, if you take an apple for instance, right, I'll give you an example. So that apple juice which is you get it from shop it, it contains nearly double the sugar, right? And it has seven times less fiber, right? So there is what's happening.
