Whenever we drink alcohol what we do is we try to eat all these different sweet or different salty stuff, right or fried things right like buffalo wings and chicken wings. So, also once you are drunk, the decision making ability is reduced. So we always crave for pizza and more fatty food like burgers and things like that. So reduce your intake of food and that will help you cut down a lot of calories.
