So there was a recent study which found that if we eat raw food, then processed food, we increase the metabolic ism by 50%. So, for our guts, it's hard to eat and digest the processed food than the raw food. So it's advisable to include more raw food in your meal than processed food. So try to cook at home as well. So home cooking is also advisable to get that 50% metabolic benefit.
