Okay, so this is another simple technique. It's more psychological rather than died. There was a research done in Cornell University and what they have done is they've given packets of chips to students. And what happened was they ate 50% more when they were not given clue of how much they need to eat, right. So if they have been served in a bell, they knew how much to eat or what you need to do is how your meal of food in portions before you start eating. So rather than keep it eating from about a bigger bowel or serving Val, or a packet of chips, just have your portion in a plate or in a browser before you start eating.
