The final level in the Mindfulness Practitioner program is a 30-hour training program that explores the concepts and implementation of emotions and actions with respect to Mindfulness and its impacts on one’s life.
This is a comprehensive level that enables the learners to understand how individual emotions dictate one’s life and why they hold a key to our overall mental well-being (including our Mindfulness triggers).
Level 5 is the final step to optimizing the journey of a Mindfulness Practitioner, so if you have completed your journey now, you will have a vast understanding of how emotions help an individual lead their path towards a more mindful life.
