Welcome to the mindfulness for weight loss with hypnotherapy course. Within this course, I'm going to guide you on a journey to losing weight without dieting or exercise. This course will focus on shifting the habits and behaviors you have around food so you are able to lose weight.
The main challenge with dieting is that it focuses on removing certain foods from your diet and whilst that is good, it causes you to crave them. This is the main reason why dieting doesn't work as it restricts you from eating the very foods you love most. Instead of cutting this food out of your diet, our goal is to assist you with removing your cravings so you are able to lose weight easily and effortlessly. Though our main aim with this course is to help you break those old habits, we also focus on emotional eating, self-love, and removing the unconscious patterns that are holding you back.
Mindfulness plays a primary role within your weight loss journey as it helps you to disconnect from your mind as you reconnect with your body so that you are able to tune into what your body needs. Finally, within the mindfulness for weight loss with hypnotherapy course, you will be provided with 3 recorded hypnotherapy sessions to assist you with losing weight. This course is short and sweet so that you can simply apply these exercises to your life.
