Online course in Surya Namaskar this course is designed for yoga teachers and sincere Hatha Yoga followers to understand, learn and practice many variations of Surya namaskar or sun salutations. In ancient India or Bharatwarsh Hatha Yoga has been practiced or followed in many forms and Surya namaskars have been part of daily exercise, energy channeling, greeting, and intoning with the source of life - sun and earth.
Yogis, Tantra Sadhakas, Brahmins, priests, and warriors performed various sets of Hatha Yoga Asanas and Kriyas for various reasons like sun worship, Yajna, or religious ceremonies, physical and mental health, energy channeling, Chakra awakening, etc.
Here we have divided this Surya namaskar course into two parts - Surya Namaskar Theory - Traditionally you can try to study one chapter at once and contemplate various aspects as we go deeper in understanding ideas of Pancha-koshas, chakras, etc. Suriya Namaskar Sadhana or practices - To gain an understanding of each Surya Namaskar, and its benefits at various levels ideally you should practice one of the variations for multiple 9 days.
For some of them, you may need to gradually build the Sadhana or otherwise follow each variation for 3 rounds each of a particular variation. 9 is a number of completion or one cycle of Sadhana and you can undertake each variation for 9 days, 18 days, or 27 days before you move to the next variation.
If you are a yoga teacher or regular Hatha yoga follower, you can include one of the variations in your regular Hatha yoga sadhana with the rest of your asana, kriya, Mudra, and pranayama before and or after Surya namaskar sadhana.
