Few guidelines for surya namaskar sadhana

Jattis and Kriyas as a warm-up of the body to prepare:- You should always begin your Surya namaskar sadhana with some Jattis (warm-ups like wiggling your toes, flexing your feet, bouncing of knees, etc) and some Kriyas. This will help avoid injuries and remove toxins, as well as prepare the body for Surya namaskars.
2. Surya namaskar as warm-Up or complete practice:- Surya namaskars can be practiced as part of a warm-up to prepare our body for further Hatha yoga or pranayama Sadhana. Also, you can choose to follow multiple rounds of one or more variations of Surya namaskars for a complete practice.
Sets of 9 rounds a one Gharsana:- In Yantra 9 is the completion of one cycle, known as one Gharsana. It is recommended to follow sets of 3 rounds for enhanced creative benefits. You may follow 3 sets of 3 rounds each to complete one Gharasana or cycle and further follow multiples of 9 as extended sadhana unto 108 rounds.
