Sources of Prana: the vital energy
Hindus say that death means your prana departs from the body. Whilst there is prana; there is life in the body. Sometimes when you meet someone, you feel charged, light, and very happy. While at the other time you feel dull, lethargic, and sad after meeting someone. Why is it so? The reason is the levels of pranic energy; one person is a very rich source of the prana and emanates/gives you a lot of the prana; the other one is lacking the prana just like a black hole and absorbs your prana; you can feel or experience this many times in our day to day life. Now once you are starting to grow on the yogic path, be aware of these situations, those who give energy and those who absorb.
