Okay, the action of this workshop is very powerful. And it's a it's a sound, sound meditation, sound therapy. Yes. So sound therapy is what we do in the sound therapy is vibrating the organs, vibrating the organ and detoxify, detoxifying the toxicity from the organ. Sound is a is a very powerful Qigong technique to release, especially emotional energy. If you think about it, there's a lot of chanting it's not only in Qigong and all kind of culture, if you think about monks chanting, church choir, right, it's all conjuring up the images of divine openings and energy healing.

Yeah, in this divine healing that happens during chanting has also been researched. So if you You can look it up but there's a lot of the vibration, you have a sound vibration that is infused with your intention is actually creating a physical change in your body. And there are a lot of studies around cancer cancer cell sorry, cancer cell and how researchers could develop it to could salvage it in tissue intention in some vibration of different frequencies. intention everybody's familiar with the with the research of Dr. emoto of Japan. He actually died recently. Yes.

No, yeah. So, Dr. emoto, just to talk about intention and how intention actually change matter. I mean, we do know it right we are where, you know, perceiving something as threat and something happens in the body that is, is not a positive one. So intention change matters. Like what we said. But what Dr. emoto did he took, he did it with rice and he did with water he took water and have people pray or give thanks to the water.

And he took picture of the of the, of the crystals of the water before before the intentions were emitted into the water and after. And you can see a big shift in the crystals. He took water from the London canal from a waterfall in like Fuji mountain and he took water from different places in the world. And he had people bless the water, just think and give it gratitude. And he took pictures and it's just fascinating to see the crystal of the water form this beautiful crystals right after the intention was admitted to it. He did the same thing through through social media with rice.

He had people put cooked rice in two buckets, two little piles and he said every morning You wake up to the people in the experiments that all around the world when you see your one run right has the, the label of thank you and then the other one was the label of ugly. And there were and there were like every morning you say thank you to the good rice and sending bad energy the bad right? And you'll see that the bad the ugly rice will actually turning moldy in couple of days while the other one stays for over a week or two weeks, like pristine color. So he did it all over the world before Sweden from like Brazil and you know, and so there's a video that shows all the all the outcomes. So intention has a lot of and if you think about our bodies, 70% water, you know, think about how much you know if that changed crystals of water so much what it would do to your body.

When we also send vibration at the same time that shifts the energy. You know, and you probably felt that during a Gong practice when you just send love to yourself left to the lungs, how it feels in the body. So this is really what she Gong is a lot of Qigong is all about is how we work with our mind and heart to elicit a healing response. So the healing sounds are being about 2500 years old, so that it goes back to the Ching Dynasty in China. And Ching Gong masters we're looking at sound that people do universally like the sign of relief, like, right? We all make sounds and or laughing sounds or different sounds that people make.

And they see the see how it, how it works on specific organs, and came up with a map that everybody could heal their own self with, with the energy of sound. So they came up with the six, six Sounds we're gonna we're gonna learn five sounds today and it's based on these on these on these on this on this ci Gong, you know, it's been developed over thousands of years. And based on these these findings yes so the now the sounds is not only healing the emotions but also the physical body so we can learn three sounds to each Oregon's so that this is going to be the table here, right here. And so if you so if you look at Oregon has their own sound, and each emotion has their own sound that it heals. Yeah. So if you look at the first table that says the Oregon and then we have a lung, kidney, liver, heart and spleen now this is a five organ element in Chinese medicine.

And there's a lot to talk about the five element organ. We're not going to get into so much theory we do more practice today. So the sound now you see That each sound has a V, W and I right. So so there's three levels of sound. One is vocalize that's V, the vocal sound, it means to what it does, it heals the physical organ. So it really heals the lung.

And there's a lot of a lot of Chico practitioners and some of them I know that healed respiratory problems without without antibiotic there was just using the vocalize You know, this vibrates to the lungs. Yeah, and then the next one is the whisper. The whisper is who the whisper is the one to to work on the emotional energy. And then the eye is the in Audible, the inaudible sound. The inaudible sound is the sound that heal the the kind of we said the spiritual side of the Oregon so it's in audible so you making the sound but you making this up Guess you're not making a sound because no sound come out. You just think about doing it as you exhale.

That makes sense. We'll do together. it'll it'll be it'll be. So let's, let's start. What do you think? Yes.

All right. So usually what do we do? Talk about digesting emotions. All right. So what we usually do okay, I think we can do it without it because we have this. So it's very nice to acquaint yourself with how where's the organ located, like deliveries are located on the right side.

The kidney are located in the last rib cage in the back, basically behind there. And then the lungs are here right? So when you when you and the stomach and spleen are on the right Opposite deliver. On the left side, sorry, the right side is deliver. So, so when you so when we talk about ci, we talk about energy, we have few components, we have our attention, so you putting your attention on the organ. So it's like I tell you, hey, close your eyes for a second.

And let's close the eyes and think about the left hand. Just put your mind there. So that that's attention. When your attention we just your focus is shifted. What happens to be is that more blood is flowing to this area. More blood is flowing to the area you put your mind in.

And so the first level of practicing Qigong is and when I do medical Qigong with people, is to hone on the attention like really get it sharp So when I tell you, hey, go to your heart, you can go, close your eyes, you go to the heart. You just go to this area in your body and you feel it. You just put your mind there. Don't worry about feeling the heart itself. It's very hard for most people, for 99% of people to actually feel the internal organs. Yeah, we feel something inside.

But you can put your mind in a space and that's attention. And that we say the attention leads the CI, and then the intention, the intention, really the quality of the tea. So we have the, the quality and the quantity of tea, the quantity of energy is your attention. How strong is your focus? Yeah, how much you focus? Are you thinking about all kinds of things?

Yeah. If you're thinking about all kinds of things that the cheese very low is very weak. Yeah. And then so the quality and the quantity so the quantity of G is the focus how focused you are. And the quality is the intention. What when you thinking about a certain area anybody?

What do you want to emit into that area? So we have quality and quantity of energy. And when you come to a Chinese doctor what he first see when he sees you, that's what he said, What is the quantity and what is the quality of your ci and where is it located? So we do it also for emotions, by the way. So if you think about let's say sadness or depression, what is the quality of the chi and we say the quality is poor and the quantity is low, but for anger, the quality is poor, right? Anger is not here and the quantity is high, right?

That makes sense to everybody. So different emotion can have quality and quantity of energy. Let's do a little a little. So. So now if you do a graph, I wish I had like a little pencil here, but oh here, it's gonna be hard to see from here, but I'll draw it up so you can do it to yourself. It's really nice for emotions to actually do to yourself.

And two, that's how I do it too. So you have look, you have quantity. How much energy you have, you have low energy, you have high energy, and then you have the quality and let's put oops, let's put here, okay, this is like stress. Let's put stress, emotional distress or stress. So you can have high energy and high stress. Sounds familiar?

No. So usually, usually where we are is low energy and high stress right? This is The situation of our country, wired and tired. Low Energy, but high stress, that's not a place good place to be right? Or we have high energy and high stress. This is like me planning for the workshop yesterday.

I'm very stressful. These people are coming. And but the energy is high. It's good. You know what I mean? Or like a wedding, right?

That would be this. That would be that's not good to be here. And then you have also low stress and high energy. That's really good place to be right. And then we have also what? Low Energy, low stress, low energy, low stress is sitting on the sofa and you just don't have any energy but you're fine.

Also, not very good. So checking with yourself, what is the quality of your energy and how much stress you have is something that we do every morning in my meditation, you know, it's you checking. So let's do together before we do the sound vibration. Let's just sit with yourself and just close the eyes. Oh, thank you, hey, we can, okay. So you can have if you have a notepad, you can put this table stress level energy level.

And let's close the eyes and just feel so where are you usually? Do you feel like you can finish the day with meeting all your tasks and in the end of the day feeling pretty energized? Or do you feel you wake up in the morning and you feel Ah, man, I don't have energy and there's so much things to do. Yeah, like where are you usually? Or where are you today, but this is something that we do every day. So you wake up and hey, do I have a lot of energy?

And I have also a lot of stuff to do, but I feel like I can meet it. Do you feel like you can meet it or you feel like you meet it with with more energy? Or do you feel like oh man, I'm just running. On running. The batteries are low, and I'm just running on my reserves. running under the reserve takes the chief from the kidney out and that's very not good.

So just see where you are. You meet life tasks do they run into Down, or where are you? Nice, just just a little self reflection. So let's open the eyes. And then if you are here, like if you low energy, if you are, and you can say, you know what I'm here. I'm like my energies, okay?

And there's not a lot of stress, that's fine. You know, but if you're here, you know, you might want to see hey, how do I get more energy? Yeah, breath. Yeah, we said what nourishes this. Oh, this is good relationships, positive thinking, you know, how can I, you know, usually we want to feed in the lower down and we want to feed in good, doing more breath, practicing more movement, more relaxation, scheduling massage, go to a chicken class or whatnot, you know, so it's kind of like it's kind of like seeing where you are. And so that's something that you do on a regular basis.

It's really nice to do. Where's how much your energy and what is the stress level? So okay, so let's talk about the sound healing here. So the first, we starting with the lungs, because the lungs, we say the governor of ci, so the breath is very important. If you're feeling low energy, the first thing you want to do is deep breathing like we did into the lower abdomen. Anybody wants to take this course further, can talk to me, I have amazing practices for increasing lung capacity.

And maybe we can do another workshop on this, but how to mine lower the energy here, how to really, really change the physiology and the nerve system to go in here and breathe into here. And that's something that you do all the time. Yeah, and I'm probably going to put next year if you want to be on my mailing list, probably I'm going to put a three month program just telling you guys now it's three months program. If you are serious, yeah to do at least half an hour to an hour a day practice and it's gonna change your energy. So it's it's about committing to breathing techniques that shift your shift your energy and if you do accidentally Gong 100 day Gong 100 a gong so 108 consecutive, you change your nervous system. That makes sense.

Yeah, you change your nervous system so you connect differently with because I've worked with an executive they have they hardly breathe. It's it's just very shallow. like this and they open their mouth all the time. Never open the mouth when you breathe. Close. It goes deeper when you close.

So I might announce it like, next year sometimes, but I want to take a group with me for a three day immersion. for over three months immersion, and really, really see how we change energy, but for now you can just practice deep abdominal breathing throughout the day, all the time and exhale through the mouth.
