On the way to your result when you have several different releases, you want to come off the artery and let the bring process before you come back down to get another release. This gives the brain a chance to really understand and get a clear method each time. Now, I want to see if the artery is going to pull me back in for more you A long lever is a technique to either augment the tension or augment the slack. And you're taking a limb, either the head or an arm or leg or even the torso. And you're mobilizing that in three dimensions to see how you can add slack or tension. Okay, now what I want you to do is I'm gonna do this a second time, got my hand underneath the octopus, I'm gonna let my hand my finger drop down on the artery.

You can play with that to add more slack when you take something into the direction of tension, or to add more tension or in any variety of these. And I'm going to try and increase the range, using the head as a long lever. Take a moment to check your body. Are you grounded? Are you relaxed? Are you breathing?

So I'm dropping, my finger is dropping back down onto the artery through the tissues. Always take the time to sink back in and to connect Don't rush it, go when the body's time my elbow is supported. I'm using my finger pad, dropping other fingers so I can feel what's going on. Always test and retest. When you're communicating with the body, you want to have the opportunity to find out how it's doing. sure that my other shoulders relaxed in my hand underneath the octopus is relaxed there, one restriction at a time.

You never know if the body has two restrictions in the same direction, or one direction and then another direction. You don't know how it's tethered in there, of the arteries pulling back in and back on it. So I'm going to retest it's actually the other direction. That's the direction of ease now, you can have different restrictions on the same structure pulling in different directions like you're stuck like this. So I'm going to take inferiorly in a retest just because, yep. inferiorly laterally, when you're lining up the slack or lining up the tension, you're lining up all the forces, like you're lining up a bunch of open doors so that the trapped energy can escape.

Which way does it want to roll, it wants to roll in purely. So now there was another direction of a restriction. Sometimes you have to line it up a bunch of times. It's like something that's been trapped in something really tight. It's got lots of different holes on it. So now I want to augment that with the head.

So I'm gonna take the head into ease, head goes left, you always want to recheck how you're lined up. You never want to assume that the restriction is just further in one direction. It can really be jammed up in a whole bunch of directions. So now I get a little bit more out of that in my finger. I want to test between team head forward and back. Once you get a 3d response from them, You want to give the body another opportunity to give you another response.

Taking it posture, really, I get more ease on the artery and allows the artery to adjust a little bit more get more of that. When you're testing a side bend or rotation, you want to use your whole body. And also sometimes it's nice to let the client know that you're about to do that. And now I want to psych them so so I've been right to test that. So if I left, I just want to feel out again, when you're lining up the forces and slacking. You want to do that enough times to really loosen that restriction.

It's the side bend left and I get more out of that in the artery, so now I line that up even more. Feeling a pulse is confirmation that the body's reaction is a positive one. Sometimes this is called a therapeutic pulse, and sometimes like in this case is that the artery is really picking up a feeling for this pulse. Following the artery as it makes an adjustment, it's like unwinding. This is the concept that up ledger brings in. Picking up the slack, you always want to see if you can go a little bit further, if the body gives you a little bit more, follow a little bit more.

And I get to see if I can continue testing to see if I can get even more once the artery adjusts a little bit. back, I can get a little bit further back and that artery adjusts a little bit more. I always want to aim to be as accurate as possible. The more accurate I am, the clearer the message to the brain and the less times I have to do it. Right, accommodate the body's movements as it moves. Right now, because now the orientation has changed in 3d, really what I'm doing is I'm dialoguing with the brain, as the impulse goes up through the cerebellum of the brainstem to the limbic or emotional center to the higher center where the decisions are made.

Get more out of that on the artery, I can go, I can. When I'm dialoguing with the brain, I'm dialoguing all the way to the cortex and all the way back down, rotate, rotate, right. And we're getting more out of that. You can get all your fingers involved, all your fingers flying along the length of the artery. finger down, get the other. Sorry.

Sometimes I'll get a big breath, which signifies the client is about to release. Sometimes I feel like I'm struggling to get that big breath, but it's coming. That's also an indication I'm almost there. I was moving again, I can continue to follow that forward. Give it time. Really, this is a meditation.

You do need to clear your mind of all thoughts and let the body lead you. A little bit of a breath, not completely. Always ask, can I improve my stack? What happens if I go a little bit more this way? Or a little bit more that way? Do I get to pick up that slack?

You never know when the body is gonna release. And it's always a surprise when it happens. cost increases. really likes this. When it Lets go, it feels like something, unhooking something getting unstuck. It feels like a let go, a piece surrender, let go and that makes a difference and it takes my hand out and there's a softness
