I want to sink in, I want to allow the restriction, which is like a magnet because it's denser than the surrounding tissue to pull me in all the way to it. Now I want to draw I want to sink in, I want to allow this restriction to pull my finger towards it. tissue that is stuck is different in tissue that is moving. It's firmer, denser, hotter. It's got a sort of a magnetic draw towards it as it pulls all the surrounding tissue towards it, including my hand, listen and follow in 3d. That means the hand is going to meander in three d directions.

You always want to think 3d. It's kind of the way you feel when you're in an airplane. plane is always moving in different directions. What I'm doing is I'm listening and I'm following. I'm exaggerating those movements a little bit. It's like I'm not moving at all.

I'm sinking through tissue layers as Rene's body relaxes, that's me through in there and they're right there. What does the body feel like? Every tissue layer has a different quality. In this case, an artery is a two. It has a layer of fascia around it and it has a kind of turgor it has a giveback, it's got a gas inside of it. And what I'm feeling is underneath my hand, my finger is too, I can, I can contour that too.

I can sort of quired as my finger drop around it. So yes, it does. So I'm going around it this way. Now going around this way the artery has gassed to push the sides out and maintain the shape at all times. There's a very important relationship between the pressure systems in the body. I'm going to bounce on it and do a fashion load and there's some, some turgor there's some give back.

The arteries have a gas in them. So to all the aluminum the body, all the tubes in the body to make sure that they hold their shape. Assessing the pulse, and indication for treatment is a weak pulse. You want to find a strong pulse like heart that's beating in a healthy fashion. A vein does not have that artery does. So that's confirming that that is an artery I'm going to tune into the pulse, is there a pulse under my fingers?

Is there is but it's a weak pulse. Okay, so what I would want to do is I would want to treat this artery mobility testing, you want to test the structure to see if it can move, can it move up and down and left and right, you're always looking for the quality of the elasticity of a tissue. Does it have enough fluid in it. So the way to treat an artery is in ease direction of ease is the direction the body wants to go in. So I'm going to test the mobility test. I'm going to test it towards this way.

And I'm going to test it this way. It's easier this way. Direction of ease is the direction that the tissue has no problem going into, it's easy to go into that direction. Direction of tension is going towards the restriction where it's hard. I'm going to test it This way here. This way here, it's easier this way so it's easier.

Superior and lateral. When you have a two, you always want to make sure it can roll. A tube is a rolling thing. I want to roll it. Does it want to roll this way? No, it doesn't, wants to roll this way.

Yes, it does. So I can kind of pull my finger up a little bit and see where it traction pulls me stalking. This is the concept we use a lot in training, it means you're lining up the forces either in slack or intention. So I want to take it in those three directions. I want to dock it superior. I don't want to go too far.

And I want to slack it laterally and I want to rule superiorly you release an artery in always take it where it can go where it wants to go and you stack it three times. dimensionally now I'm going to hold that and allow the body to respond. And I'm going to while I hold that, I'm going to pay attention to the micro movements that it's making, that the fascia around the artery is making. And I'm going to follow that. As you line up the tension, the body sends you a response, it thinks about what you're doing, and it responds, and it's going to respond by trying to accommodate more comfortably. Now, an artery takes about 30 seconds to release, it's a slower release and other areas of the body.

And as the blood gets what it needs, the hall starts to increase. And I want to feel that that's confirmation that I'm doing the right thing. And that's happening. It's really important to talk about patience. This is something that for some people is easier than others. You really want to be in the timing of the body, not your own.

When you can let go of feeling like I need a release right? Now because I needed to do something else, then the body really has a chance to work something out in its own time. So I'm continuing to listen and follow it, the fascists continuing to pull me laterally superiorly. And then to roll me inferiorly when you get a big breath, when you're working with a client, that's always an indication that there is a release about to happen, happening or has happened. And what that is, is that because you're connected to that client, you can feel their body relaxing, and so your body relaxes. So that's changing.

There we go, a little change, what does a release feel like? There's lots of different feelings are released feels like something just kind of, lets go. It softens. It gives up the tension. And you just have this knowledge that it's done. There's nothing that's kind of nine away at you anymore.

There's a peaceful feeling continuing to follow that. So I'm holding, stalking in slack or indirection ease. When the body's done, the magnet lets you off. And the reason for that is that there's now no longer a draw. There's nothing pulling your hand anymore. So it's like a disengagement happens.

Where the body has an easier time going. It's just meandering during, during. During I got a nice big breath. Earl talks about there being a difference between a release and a result. You can have many releases on the way to a result, but a result is defined by a change, a change for the better, the body returns to its normal plasticity that bind. Lets go.

The blood circulates more freely and the body is free. That indicates that most likely Rene's artery is going to release shortly. It's starting to release starting to soften. And there we go. There's a softening and my finger rises, teleports elevates up the body the artery
