Hi, welcome back to the kitchen. hope everyone's well today. So today we are going to be looking at broccoli, beautiful green, healthy broccoli. And we'll be getting into why is broccoli a superfood for per day say preventing cancer breast cancer. It's very good when you're recovering from breast cancer and more you're experiencing breast cancer. So why is broccoli important in all of this?

And also what is in broccoli? And a little bit about broccoli live and how best to eat it. And a little bit about broccoli sprouts which you've been you might have seen so apropos Why is broccoli a superfood when you're experiencing breast cancer and recovering from breast cancer? But so to have any oxidants and the antioxidants are sulforaphane and glucose and right now these are actually in the proper line and the antioxidant help build your healthy body tissue and healthy bone tissue.
