Okay, now let's talk about some of the important details that we need to learn before we can get into the practice of crunchy fi. And so the first thing we need to think about is the difference between our innate energy or the energy in our body and energy around us. Okay, so what we're going to think about in this exercise as we go through quantify is that we want to pull in fresh energy. And specifically, the energy that we're pulling in is something is called 10 key. That's the chief from the heavens. Okay, so this we can think about it, like, you know, things like light and air, even some of the spiritual concepts are pulling in energies like compassion and love and, and healing and things like that.

So we want to pull in as we're doing, quantify, we're going to pull in this new fresh energy, and we're going to let it go through our body. We're going to go through some very specific paths, which we're going to cover in just a moment. But as it's going through these paths, what we're going to think about is that this clear fresh energy is basically flushing our systems kind of like when you flush a radiator, and so it's going to come through our body, and it's going to replace the old energy. Now, as that new energy is coming in that old energy passes through our body, and it's going to be released into the earth. Now, the thing about the cycle is related to the this the Santi cycle or Santi concept that exists in Chinese medicine, and martial arts. So we have a heaven, right.

And then we have humans, and then we have the earth. And the idea is that we're kind of the connection, as as humans were the connection between heaven and earth. And just like we think about like plants, the The cycle works in a nature that plants and humans have this very interesting interchange, that, you know, the plants give off oxygen. And we as humans, and you know, other animals take that oxygen, and we use that as our fuel. And we release the byproduct, right? That's the carbon dioxide.

And the carbon dioxide is what the plants then use, and then turn that into oxygen. And so it's the cycle. That's important to understand. Because as we're doing this exercise, one of the questions I'm often asked is what happens to that bad energy? Well, that energy that we've used goes back into the earth, right? And the earth will then take that energy and it will recycle it, and it will return to the heavens.

Okay? So don't worry about where the bad stuff goes. It may be bad for us but this is released into the earth that's going to be reconstituted, regenerated and it's going to return to us through a natural cycle. Okay, so we use this concept we bring in energy, we let it travel through the body and be released into the ground.
