The first path that we use is called the front path. The front path starts at the very top of our hit point called the bikeway. So the byway point can be found, if you take your fingers and go from the top of your ears, bring it together up at the top of your head. And if you go down the center line, spot where those meet, and then just kind of move your finger a little bit forward and back and you should find a little divot. Okay, this is your bikeway point. So this is the convergence of 100 things is that has how it actually translates.

So what we want to do is we want to imagine that energy is entering through this place, and it's going to enter in and then it's going to divide and go down the side of the head around the ears. It's going to connect at the throat. And the way I like to envision this is like when I get into a nice hot shower and the water hits my head, and then just starts to pour over my body. So I feel that kind of stream coming down and then connecting at the throat. As it comes to the throat, it's going to then separate again, right above the collarbone, and it's going to go out along the sides of the collarbone, down the lines of the chest, down the side, and it's going to connect at the navel at once it gets to your navel, it's going to drop down about another three inches and it's going to pass through another important point that we have to think about which is called the Dante in the Dante means the elixir field, sometimes called the CI hi the sea or the ocean of ci, and we want to think about this energy passing through this spot.

It's about three fingers below the navel and inside the body. So we're going to feel this connection here. And then it's going to continue down to the base of the torso. So this spot is called the way yet, and the meeting place of the end. And it's the parent Iam area, the space between the genitals and the anus. And so we want to feel like the energy comes to this spot, and then divides again into two streams.

And those streams are going to go down the inside of your legs down inside of the thigh, down the inside of the calf area, and it's going to come down to your foot, when it gets to your foot is going to come out of a point in the soul of your foot kind of right behind this is your foot, kind of right behind the ball of the foot right in that center line. And that's called the young trend. The young trend point is the bubbling well, so the feeling should be that the energy is released from your body and absorbed into the body. Round. So we're going to gather this pure energy from the universe from outside of us. We're going to gather it, we're going to pass it through our body as it passes through these specific paths.

It's releasing any stagnation. It's replacing the old energy giving you new fresh energy. So that's our frontal path.
