Now the way we practice, each of the paths is the same in terms of our hand action, the hands raised up, as we imagine gathering this universal energy. And this is where we want to be aware of our points in the center of the palm, if you touch your finger when you're making a fist, this is called your loud Gong point. So when I think about the loud Gong point is a nice gathering spot for energy. So as we raise the hands, this is where we think about absorbing all this energy, gathering it in your hands, opening your bike away point so that that energy can then be run through the body, as the hands lower the hand serve to direct our intention in bringing the energy from the top, smoothly down to the bottom. So there are a few ways that you can do this.

In to start out with, we're just going to do the simplest method. And later on in this course, I'll give you some alternative ways of practicing this Guangxi fosse debt, and how you can tailor to some specific needs. So, before right now we're just going to do the most simplistic method and we'll start with our frontal path.
