So as the name suggests, the middle path goes to the center of the body. Again, it starts at the byway point. But instead of going around the front, we go right down the center. So we think about this as going through all of our organs right through the center of the body, when it gets down to the Don tan and the way in area, it's going to divide out again into two streams. And those streams are going to go through the center of your legs. So you can think about it like going through your bones.

I like to imagine that my instead of having bones, it's like tubes. And so the energy can just like water rushes through those tubes, and again, goes out through the young train points into the ground. And so again, energy top of the head, through the core, through the center of the legs, into the ground, and you want to visualize this energy, just washing away any kind of tension, so This impurities that exists inside your internal organs. So, hands and breath exactly the same as the frontal pattern. So let's try this together.
