Theanine and a better night's sleep. The way I like to think of Thea Nene or the way you'll probably find it listed as L dash D and L theanine is it puts out the fire. What I mean is it actually calms the brain and kind of slows down those ruminating racing thoughts that many of us are prone to. It's an amino acid in its core. It's derived from green tea. So it's a very common substance.

It's not not highly unusual.
