Hi, it's Dr. Amit, and thanks for getting this amazing online course. Over the next five weeks, you're going to learn how to heal a lot of chronic health conditions, weight gain, anxiety, depression, skin issues, hormonal imbalances. And this video really summarizes all of the treatment protocols I typically use. Of course, there's other supplements you might need to add. But I want to show you today, what I typically do with patients because there's a lot of information in the other videos that gives the theory behind what I'm going to talk about today. So the first step I do with most of my patients, is we heal their gut.

And what does that mean? It means removing inflammatory foods. And that's typically wheat, dairy, coffee, sugar, alcohol, and beef and soy. See when you have inflammatory foods, they create more damage in the interstates and they also create a chemical reaction What we call inflammation. And this inflammation then goes all over your body affects your joints, affects your skin affects your hormones, and including your lungs. So meaning if there's inflammation in your lungs, you're going to be more prone to asthma.

If you have a lot of inflammation in your body, you create more toxins and therefore more xima and acne. So you can see why we need to remove inflammatory foods. The theory is in the other videos, please watch them. The second step what we need to do is repair the gut lining and I typically, I typically treat my patients with probiotics to repair the gut lining glutamine which is an amino acid that also helps feed the intestinal cells. Be careful with glutamine if you have cancer and bipolar as well. It's usually contrary indicated check with your doctor don't.

Third step is vitamin D. Typically I use around 2000 iu depending on the patient. Vitamin D also helps reduce inflammation helps this valve in your intestines function well, so it keeps the environment healthy in different compartments. And vitamin D is also very important for brain function and mood and reduces depression and also improves your immunity. So that's probiotics, glutamine and vitamin D, that's healing the gut lining, then we need an omega three and omega six oil. And there's so many brands out there, I think you'll find the best ones from your natural path. And I'll try and list a few in in this in this online course in a text format.

That's healing the gut. Now when we heal the gut, there's less inflammation going on in your body, right. However, because of everything that's been going on in your life, the other thing that we need to heal is your liver. Because your liver receives a lot of toxins, both from the chemicals in your food from poor diet, as well as from inflammatory processes and all the mechanisms that are going on in your body. When the liver is stuck, it produces less bile. When the livers are healthier, it produces less bile.

So you have poor digestion, less lubrication, so you get even more constipation. And in Chinese medicine, the liver is the master organ for hormones and many other things. So PMS symptoms, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and estrogen dominance, progesterone deficiency. All these things depend on a healthy balance of hormones. So when your livers healthy, these hormones come more into balance much easier, rather taking the birth control pill and other herbal remedies to fix your hormones. Creek liver first.

And how I treat the liver is typically using milk thistle complex so it has milk thistle dandelion. What's it called artichoke leaf. There's many beautiful combinations out there. I prefer liquid form a tincture form because it's better absorbed and these are usually taken on empty stone. before meals, I'll try and list a few brands that I really like out there. Now you can see the importance of healing the liver, so all the toxins come out of your body.

And when that happens, of course, your cortisol levels and come more into balance because there's less inflammation and less toxicity. So heal the gut first, and then the liver. So now with these two steps, you have less inflammation, more, a better ability to repair repair your intestines, because you have less toxins and be more hormonal imbalance more sorry, more hormonal balance, and more brain chemical balance. And you can see how healing the gut and hitting the liver can address multiple health issues right whether you have anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalance, weight gain, see weight gain is also due to cortisol imbalance and water retention. And when you reduce inflammation and toxicity, you will have less cortisol in balance and less water retention and therefore you lose weight much faster. Also, when you remove toxins from your body, your thyroid and your adrenal system start functioning much better.

And they're in control of your metabolism. So when you increase your metabolism, of course, you're going to burn fat much faster. Now, now that we've cleaned your interstates and your liver, it's time now to support your adrenal system. I definitely support the adrenal system in patients with anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, and also hormonal imbalances because the adrenal glands get very tired, as you'll see from the other videos, and the remedies I use now this is where you will need to see which one suits you better and you can always check with your practitioner about this. And please do that because certain Herbes that I'm going to recommend here can boost estrogen and other hormones. And if you be careful about doing this, when you have cancer and also if you're doing taking antidepressants, certain herbs like rhodiola can increase serotonin and you don't want to have too much serotonin in your body.

But typically what I do with my patients, is I'll use herbs like rhodiola or ashwagandha and a B complex. All these three will heal the adrenal system, you can get combination remedies, which combine different herbal products. Or you can start with a B complex, but I find some people are really burnt out and really worn out. A B complex is way too stimulating, and they need more for nourishing herb, like ashwagandha and rhodiola is good also if you're really burnt out, and you really need a lot of energy and stamina. So what have we done, we've healed the gut, reduce inflammation, right? And we'll also detoxify the liver.

So you can see there's less toxicity all over in the body, and then I support the adrenal system. If somebody is too toxic if you haven't healed your gut and haven't detoxify the liver, I don't recommend using the adrenal gland Herbes too soon because it can create too much heat in your body. Okay, hopefully this video was really helpful. Now the other thing that needs to be done of course, is you need to check your your thyroid levels and your hormone levels. And you can do that through a blood test. So go to your doctor and get your thyroid levels checked.

For fire spectrum. Also get your iron levels checked because low iron can cause fatigue and other chronic conditions. Check your magnesium levels because of magnesium is too low, then of course you will get more anxiety and insomnia. Check your vitamin D levels. Ideally, I like to see it over 30 Some people say over 50 there's a certain unit I think it's called micro moles or something like that. So look out for that in your blood test.

So that's all panel, thyroid panel, magnesium panel, vitamin D, you can also get your cortisol levels checked. Although these tests are quite expensive, there is an amazing test that you can get. It's called the Dutch test. However, most of my patients cannot afford these tests. So I get them to basically treat the foundations of health. And they often end up avoiding expensive lab tests.

But if you're not getting the results you're expecting, then definitely get these lab, this lab tests done, so you can see what else is going on in your system. Okay, and then the last test is leading, eliminating inflammatory foods is not really working for you the ones that have mentioned, there's no harm in getting a food allergy test as well. Because we can see, maybe there's another food that you might be sensitive to and you don't realize it and it's affecting your brain. And I talked about that in other videos. You might be allergic to salt for example, or eggs or even lentils So check these out because if you are allergic to them, then they will cause some of the symptoms you're experiencing. So that's the basics of our heal the foundations of health, watch the other videos, there's a lot of theory in there.

There's a lot of other supplements, a lot of homeopathic remedies I talked about. Actually, that brings me to one more point. Now since repeal the body of course, you have to heal your emotions, right the past past traumas, or keeping your body stuck, or in a fight or flight response. Even old memories you think you've dealt with, they might be lingering in your system. So I've created a bunch of exercises, emotional healing techniques, in a document in this online course. Please go through them.

Do all of those exercises, as often as you can, they will slowly peel away layers of trauma and negative belief systems from your life and that will heal your mood, and it will also stop stress, the stress response in your adrenal system it will reduce it so the more you Your emotions, the better your body will be able to heal. Okay? I've also talked about certain homeopathic remedies in this online course. Make sure you go to the homeopathic lecture and understand which remedies can help you heal past trauma in your life, as well as your emotional state. Now, these are amazing, amazing remedies that really lift disturbing emotions disturbing frequencies from your entire system. So that over time, you'll think less and less of the supplements that I talked about.

So there's a difference between homeopathy and supplements such as the vitamins and the herbal remedies. homeopathic medicines are energetic in nature. So they have the ability to resolve emotional trauma as well as change your entire energetic frequency so you're in a healthier state. So to summarize, heal the gut, detoxify your liver, support your adrenal system, release trauma and of course soon Is the five pillar, the five pillars of health course the fifth pillar is lifestyle. You know, get rid of toxic people in your life. Sleep early exercise well eat at regular times to support your immune system.
