Hi, it's Dr. Amit Agarwal, and welcome to the Curie mind online course. Thank you so much for having me a part of your healing journey. I'm really excited actually to share all the information I have to make life easier for you to make it easier for you to really cure your emotions or treat other patients with anxiety and depression. If you are a doctor watching this. Um, I've put over 10 years of experience into the sport from positive psychology and energy psychology techniques, to nutritional supplements, healing, you got your liver, and your adrenal glands. And I'll walk you through all the different steps that I use to optimize people's well being to make sure that people have emotional resilience.

So that you can see that it makes sense to you. Yeah, you can. You can go through simple simple steps. Understand how your body works. And rather than being overwhelmed with all the information out there, I'll explain why it's important to heal your mind to resolve trauma to resolve all experiences and belief systems and also to support your body nutritionally and holistically. And why am I putting all this together?

Well, I find that a lot of people go for counseling. And they go for years of counseling, but they don't heal their bodies holistically, right. So sometimes it's food allergy or liver toxicity, or adrenal fatigue that's causing their emotional problems. And they only rely on counseling. And if they only rely on counseling, and they don't make their bodies better, they're disappointed. Now they're disappointed over time because they don't know why they're not getting better or they relapse over and over again.

And the other thing I see is that a lot of people will take nutritional supplements over and over again. Whether it's certain Herbes for the adrenal system, or whether it's always trying to repair the gut, or detoxifying the liver, or they're on medications their entire life. And they don't actually deal with the life circumstance that gave them anxiety or depression, that the life circumstance that traumatize them. And I'm finding that it's very important to also release or resolve trauma or negative experiences. So trauma could be like a financial loss, a divorce, separate from a girlfriend, abandonment, my mother, and even seeing your parents fighting when you were a child creates a disturbance in the mind. And so there's many factors that need to be dealt with.

Instead of only using supplements to help you feel good In the upcoming videos, you'll understand more and more why this combined approach will get you feeling fantastic, I hope Yeah, and if you're a doctor, it should get your patients feeling really emotional resilient, and you can slowly wean people off medications in this way. So, um, what this course covers is what affects your emotions. And then we'll talk about how to heal your digestive system, detoxify your liver, and also rebalance your adrenal system and how that affects your thyroid. Because all these organs are directly related to your emotional well being and I'll show you exactly how. So there's no guessing left here and you'll understand how to use really the right supplements specific for your needs. So that you're feeling these pillars of health.

Now without using supplements and natural products, just to suppress anxiety or depression um, We will go through the different brain chemicals that affect your mood. And it's important to understand these brain chemicals. Because different symptoms you have give us a picture of which brain chemicals are out of balance, and therefore we can choose the right supplements for you. Instead of using a whole drawer full of maybe 10 supplements just to manage a few, a few simple mood problems. One of the lectures you'll have is one of my favorite subjects on homeopathy and Bach flower remedies. These are very gentle, energetic remedies that resolve stuck emotions and help you overcome negative beliefs without suppressing symptoms.

So they really transform your entire physiology as well as your energy system and make you less dependent on medications. As well as less dependent on nutritional supplements, actually. And the beauty about these remedies is that they help counseling or any coaching or personal development you're doing it, it helps you go through these programs much faster and much more much more easy, easily. And of course, the last thing we'll be doing in the video series is a bunch of coaching techniques, some energy psychology techniques, I've picked up some I've created on my own, which I'm finding really effective in changing negative belief systems helping people feel more confident, giving themselves permission to feel good again in life. And also improving communication and authentic communication skills with people around you because the way you interact with people, the language you use, affects your experience with these people right and affects the impact you have on the people around you and therefore the way you get along The way you get along your environment that you're in will affect your mood as well.

So let's go and see what affects your emotions. The first thing is life experiences. Now it's not that it comes before your body. The first thing I want to talk about his life experiences, whether it's your parents fighting or the way your father was or the way your mother was. These experiences create belief systems. Yeah, you grew up with beliefs.

Now, you have to be this way you have to behave this way. It's not good to. It's not good to think that life is okay. It's not safe to feel that you can take it easy and enjoy abundance. And these life experiences if they are negative, or if you develop negative belief systems from them. They stress your body and when you stress your body use up more nutrients and you Also burn out your adrenal glands, which we'll talk about in other videos.

And that will affect your brain chemicals. And of course, stress as well as trauma, create a strong emotional impact or a strong emotional memory in your brain, what we call the limbic brain. And these traumatic memories, create signals. Yeah, from your brain to your adrenal system and other parts of your body and cause your body to act in strange ways to become compensated, degenerate, become sick. And this will also create neurotransmitter hormonal balance, brain chemical imbalance, as well as basically exhaustion of your adrenal glands and compensation of your liver and thyroid function. So it's important to heal emotional memory.

Yeah, belief systems you've picked up on life experiences, and overcome trauma. And we'll do that in in further videos together. Now, the other thing that affects your emotions and this is really key fundamental to understand because if you're on medication all the time and you're not treating these key areas, you're doing yourself a disservice. Right? Because these areas which I'm talking about, which is your brain, your thyroid, your liver function, your liver and your digestive system and your adrenal glands, they affect your overall health, right? And depression, anxiety, emotional symptoms, as well as physical symptoms of illness like joint pain, and asthma.

I look at these as gifts, gifts because they are symptoms telling you that there's something going on in the body, there's something wrong in the body, which needs to come more into balance. So don't be afraid of symptoms. Use them as guidelines to say, to investigate what is happening in my body, what do we need to fix in order to achieve optimal well being and become happy again. And so the entire course A lot of the course will focus on these organ systems. how they affect you in mind, and how to heal them as well, holistically. Right.

So we're not suppressing symptoms. We're actually using Herbes, homeopathy and nutrition to resolve these disturbances completely and nourish your body back into balance. And the other things you have to think about when you are trying to get happier when you're dealing with emotional issues, of course, is are you eating right? Right? Are you eating inflammatory foods? How's your balance nutrition?

Are you having enough protein or are you just having snacking on carbohydrates too many pastries and sugars and coffees and we'll talk all about that. Talk about all of that. In the digestive health video. Toxins Of course, such as mercury lead to much copper, they will interfere with your nerves in your brain and different organs in your system and that will affect of course how you how your mood is Blood Sugar imbalance, hormonal imbalance, the medications you're on, all these things will affect your hormones and your brain chemicals. So if you are on medication really think, are you treating these root causes? Or are you looking at these other areas in your life?

Or are you ignoring them and just depending on medication, if you're depending on only medication without treating these root areas in your life, you're going to become sicker, right? Because if your liver is toxic, and you don't detoxify your liver, or you have too much inflammation in your gut, you're going to get other diseases like fibroids like arthritis, like asthma and degenerative diseases, and even possibly cancer. Sometimes some people get it from an imbalance or too much toxicity in their body. And so don't only rely on medications all the time. Talk to your doctor as well and saying let's treat the root cause. And that's what this course is about is really to get you there to the root cause and give you the tools to Be more empowered in your healthcare.

So, the other things we'll talk about our food allergies. Yeah. Are you sensitive certain foods that are affecting your brain? Then we got to look at how's your lifestyle? You know, are you exercising, you know, if you're not exercising, you're not producing endorphins, you're not producing good chemicals in your brain. And so you're going to get depressed.

Also exercise detoxifies your body. And exercise helps release stress. Yeah, because it gives the body and your brain The, the perception that it's dealing with stress, it's fighting something off Yeah, or is running away from a threat. And that accomplishment that the brain feels, allows the brain to think that it's safe again. And when you bring things it's safe again, it suddenly starts relaxing and produces different chemicals in your body, in your mind, thinking to make your body think, ah, I'm in a safe environment. I'm safe.

So it It's easy to be happy again. Um, late nights are a huge factor as well you got to look at if you're not getting enough sleep and or your hours of sleep are not good. So ideally you want to sleep at about 10 o'clock at night and wake up at around six or even eight if you need more sleep. Because if you sleep early, then your liver has a good amount of time to process dinner, and detoxify your body because your liver needs certain hours where you're not awake in order to function better. So all these factors are really important to think about when you're dealing with emotional health. And I'm excited to walk you through really the most holistic approach that I have seen or I can develop right now to help people overcome stress negative beliefs and negative trauma and also heal your body holistically.

So, the next video will be on your digestive health, how to heal your gut how to deal with inflammation and eat the right foods and supplements so that your brain chemicals more imbalanced. Okay?
