Hi, in today's daily meditation, I want us to set a positive intention. So this is your daily exercise for the next two weeks. Why is it important to set a positive intention? Sometimes we get really stuck in thinking what's going wrong in our life, or what's wrong with our symptoms. For example, I have too much depression or too much insomnia. And we create a spiral, a spiral worrying cycle.

And this just messes up our mood and creates more stress and anxiety in our life. So what I'd like you to do now is begin creating positive intentions for every problem you think you may have. And I'm going to give you a few examples here, okay. So, instead of saying, I want to feel less anxious, I'd like you to experiment with saying I want to feel calmer in my life. This also gives us a picture of what is possible and when we have a picture of what is Then the steps to create what is possible, become more apparent in our mind's eye. Here's some others, I'd like you to write down and think of your own as well.

I want to smile more often. I want to have more positive thoughts. I want to be and feel happy. I want to laugh more. I want to be in a relationship that is happy and good for me. Instead of saying, I want to get out of this terrible relationship, etc, or there's a problem with my relationship.

Describe what you really want. I want to be in a place where I feel free and happy. instead of complaining about the place you're in now, yeah. I want to have positive thoughts about the future. Instead of worrying about the anxiety of it about the future, yeah, you're ruminating a lot. Tell yourself our positive thoughts about the future and see if you're willing to take that risk to get there.

I want to feel refreshed in the morning. I want to feel financially free. That's a good one for many of you. I want to be happier with myself. instead of blaming yourself for a lot of things, right? I feel guilty all the time.

I want to be happier with myself. I want to think about myself and smile. That's a good one. I want to feel confident myself. I want to be free and healed. So, write some things down be very specific with your goals and your desires.

Yeah, don't leave it for time or the universe to fix things. Create an intention. Because when you create an intention, you change your vibration. Especially if you have a positive intention. You create your vibration and and when your vibration changes, then different things are attracted to you. You all know that Yeah.

And when positive things are attracted to you and you experience more positive things in your life, then your brain and your mind and your whole soul gets used to better things happen in your life. And you feel more encouragement and there's be more hope for you to get out of anxiety and depression. So hopefully you find this exercise useful. drop me an email.
