Hi, my name is Mirage and I've been establishing PMS or project management offices at different companies belonging to different industries for multiple years now. I've implemented multiple different project management methodologies, including agile Scrum. I've seen some of the benefits of using agile Scrum compared to some of the other methodologies have implemented agile Scrum in with local us teams as well as international teams. I've also presented at symposiums to show the way I use that work for implementing agile Scrum international teams, people who may have a language barrier speaking English, if you will, how agile Scrum came, you know came in handy as far as the communication tool if you will, to keep everybody on track and also seen some of the methods that did work and some that did not work when while implementing agile Scrum. So, I've also been teaching PMP agile Scrum for a while now, and decided to kind of put all this together from an agile Scrum perspective.

I thought through as far as what would be the biggest bang for the buck, if you will, and, and basically looked at three different areas to communicate to the screening. One, obviously, for you to understand what agile Scrum framework is, second, how to practically implement it in your projects, code for your personal career growth. So those are the three areas that I'm going to be focusing during this training. As a bonus to add an additional punch. I've actually included a couple of other areas, aside from agile stem one is konban Morgan But all of you have combined comparison to Scrum, if you will, for you to understand combine as well as a high level. And at a more deeper level, the safe methodology which it stands for scaled agile framework builds on Scrum.

So I wanted to make sure that as a bonus, you you learn that as well safe is a growing methodology it's used for in very big organization to implement enterprise portfolios using agile methodology. So, hopefully this will give you the maximum bang for the buck, if you will, and, you know, crying again, to summarize my multiple years in easy language, so it's it's comprehensive and comprehendible to you know, the basic learners and to people who have been using or being exposed to a ceramic label. So that's kind of my goal in this hopefully, you will learn Through this, I'm also going to show you kind of a high level slide, if you will, to understand the way that this course is going to be divided. So with that, I'm going to move on to the slides. So first I'm going to elaborate on the course objectives that I mentioned before.

Obviously, this class is about agile Scrum framework. And like I said, I'm going to be dividing in into, or I'm concentrating three different ways, if you will, for this training. One is for you to understand the Agile Scrum framework. In order to do that. I've also presented some high level overview of some common project management methodologies. So you can appreciate some of the differences in with the Agile Scrum.

Also, I've gone through overview of some major agile frameworks other than Scrum, if you will, many times I've seen people when they talk about agile, we're not familiar with agile, they're thinking. The only framework that exists in Agile is agile Scrum, so I just wanted to kind of give you some insight into that. You'll see as we go through it that agile Scrum is also inheriting some of the tools or some of the concepts from some of these other agile Scrum or sorry, agile methodologies as well. And then deep dive into the Agile Scrum framework itself. So that's about the understanding of Agile Scrum framework. Second is to be able to practically apply them.

I've given a couple of lessons to give you an overview of, of Gita in this course, if you go, Gina is is the most common tool that is being used for agile Scrum and also agile Kanban. It's also used for certain other things for bug tracking and other areas if you will. But specifically for from an agile Scrum perspective, I wanted to kind of give you some idea that your work in JIRA is to get you going on that how to sign up for an account, what are the different areas of gi fievel and then come Go to a demo. So you are able to put the concepts that that you've learned in Scrum into practice through JIRA. You can also use other tools, something simple as Excel as well. And I've kind of talked about that during the some of the lessons, if you will, but I just wanted to kind of go deeper into JIRA since that's the most common tool being used for agile Scrum.

Also try to give you some practical concepts from some applications, some examples, if you will, using digital and non digital tools in the course, if you will. And then lastly, but not least, the career growth through Scrum. One of the things that I want to that have given through this course is is focusing on the scrum master certification. PSM. This the PSM certification is you is offered by scrum.org scrum.org Is was created by the people who actually created agile Scrum. And it more focuses on your knowledge of Scrum rather than your experience, your previous experience how many hours you've done in all those things in Scrum, it doesn't focus on how many hours you have done in Scrum, but more focuses on your knowledge of Scrum, if you will.

And I've also have some slides about this particular area as well. As a bonus, I've also included a couple of different areas as safe, scaled agile framework. As I mentioned, that's relatively newer. It's been out there for more than a decade now because of the success of Agile if you will. This is more focused on big projects, huge projects, if you will, and enterprise wide portfolio. I've gone through a deep overview of safe and building on top of the scrum concepts that we have learned that we are going to learn during this course.

If you will. And then last but not least going over carbon carbon process and an overview of that a deeper overview of debt and comparison of Scrum Kanban is the next most popular agile methodologies after Scrum. So that's kind of the objective of this course if you are this is I'm trying to kind of back the Mac maximum punch in this course. So, this is the this provides you the maximum benefit or value to to you who are taking this course. The course structure, I start with going through the common project management methodology is waterfall included, if you will, some history and a high level overview. Then I kind of go through a high level overview of the different agile methodologies aside from Scrum.

I go through the professional Scrum Master or the PSM certification, as I mentioned, you know, what does it take to do it? What are some of the content upset you need to know some additional references to that. But the whole course overall is based on you know providing information to you. So you're able to get through this project managers professional Scrum Master certification. And then next, obviously that the meat of the course which is going through this the scrum methodology itself, the same Scrum framework itself, the different areas of strong and how to apply it. Then I get into the bonus round of things if you go there, I basically present the Kanban methodology Kanban frameworks and a high level overview of the processes of Kanban.

And then how it relates with Scrum, if you will, on how it is similar or different to stamp. Then I go to safe which is a scaled agile framework. As I mentioned, I've got a few lessons that I go through it so that you are able to build on your scram concept and able to understand comfortably what's safest and being being able to implement start implementing it in your organization's if needed. Again, safe is meant for big organizations. It's meant for enterprise portfolios, if you will, 50 or more team sizes. So save is meant for teams that are much bigger in size enterprise wide if you go teams 50 or more insights is is where save comes in handy.

And again, this builds on the scrum concepts that you would have learnt through this course. And then last but not least, I have given us an overview of JIRA to get you started, how to, you know, kind of what is the structure of JIRA as well as how to sign up for a free account on JIRA and also demo of JIRA. So you can start using JIRA which is the most popular tool That is being used with Scrum teams. So that's kind of the core structure and the course objectives. I'm very much looking forward for you all to get the benefit the maximum benefits of this course and be be able to apply it professionally and be able to make use of it in your career. Go thanks
