Make copies of the Topic handout, at least one per student plus some extras
Charge the iPads
If no internet access, preload the doc sets onto at least one iPad by selecting the “make available offline” option through dropbox.

Terminology

Fiction: stories that are made up or imaginary in nature. can be books, movies, or any type of story.
Non-fiction: stories that are based on true events, i.e., news, documentaries.
Ken Burns: an award-winning documentary filmmaker who has made acclaimed films about the American Civil War, jazz, baseball, and other topics.
