The student will address sources of innovation, supplier forums, best practices, risk and reward sharing, centers of excellence, and organizational impacts. The student that would be interested in this class, will be looking to obtain some experiential knowledge about this topic to fill some gaps in their knowledge. They may also be looking to enhance their career, looking at another job in the supply management, looking to improve their prospects for a raise or promotion, and/or invest in their own careers.

They might also need CPE to recertify a professional certification. The entire series of classes related to Supplier Relationship Management will enable the student to obtain 4 CPEs once they pass the final exams for each group of classes in the series.
