In this session, I'm going to talk about four plus foreheads. Now, of course, I'm going to cover right now, the hip area, the synchronization of your legs, with the hip and with the body rotation. Again, this is very crucial. If you ever want to have a big forehand. You can't do this without having the great the correct biomechanics which is used by tennis pros on ATP and it Thor and some good level tennis players of course, and we need to learn this before we start doing these drills which are much more focusing on the attacking forehand. So of course prior to the attacking forehand, we need to make sure that we can do this in a normal forehand so so you will be applying the very same biomechanics when you practicing that the king forehand but prior to that looking for when you have to have the right biomechanics, you want to have a faultless forehand, so you need to be able to know how to use the bullet properly so it works effectively and it's for you very effortless to hit that forehand with loads of power and you know gonna be getting so much tired.

So again, number one thing you want to use the legs and the hips Of course, these muscles right here in this area. As you know we are super strong here in the likes of Domino's and we want to use it as much as we can. So what I like to do always and I also recommend this to my parents some I'm spending time with on the court, I always tell them go home and then 515 minutes a day you shadowing in front of the mirror, and we're gonna focus on in this shadowing in this kind of movement, so you watching the mirror in front of you. You have the ready position, the balance lens, that is the number one slightly bang Of course and you focusing on getting the position. So that will be the one she's turning to the side and watching my legs and my writing what I'm doing Here is kind of like going down, and then into the ball.

And again, down into the ball. And you can see when I start releasing the right hip, yeah, so it's really kind of I'm gonna be pushing from the ground with my legs. So first you go down, of course. So when you see the pros going down, but then you start pushing the start opening right here. Yeah. So it's kind of this movement.

Once you get into this, then you going 50 times until you start feeling very comfortable. And you start nice and slow, you can have even more business, that's fine. But the idea is to go down, and again, the right hip comes, and then the racket follows. And you want to really learn this. This body rotation with the leg, hip and an upper part of your body comes down, right hip hop, right hip body racket, and I'm super relaxed and I'm just swinging through and this is how you cannot be heating also, the very first moment when you come on the call. Now, this, this motion, this movement, when you start using the right like properly, yeah, you push on the right, like you go into the ball, all this is done very effortlessly, because the main point is returning to the side with the upper part of your body, you're stretching your muscles, your abdominals in here, and then you just releasing it basically.

But you cannot use just the upper part of your body. You have to have a help from your legs and from the right hip. And of course the left but also because the left goes to the side. So it's kind of a brain kind of like kind of a circle here. So first, I'm going in the right leg down, and now up, coming up from the right knee, the right hip comes in, I kind of release it. So I'm not trying not to push it too much.

But of course, you push from the right like you have to stand up here. You're gonna get stuck here. So it's about turning, going down and then I'm gonna initiate with the Lord like right me Then the heap becomes very important. Again, this is shadowing 25 times, and he's just focusing on this, the very good thing to remember is, by the time you get right get into the contact point, your right hip is there. So the line of your hips would be in the line with the net. Yeah.

And also of course, and the shoulders can. So the right shoulder is here also in front of you that on the contact point, but these more rotation is a fruitless movement. This is used by pros, this is why they can generate so much power and a thoughtless power. Hmm. Again, later on, there's gonna be a video section, just just videos from the prompts, basically, and I'm going to show you exactly what I'm talking about here right now. Yeah, we want to have this we really want to have this effortless movement using the wallboard going into the bone from the legs, the hip rotation into the goal putting the right part of your body into it.

But again you're not forcing so much. You just learning it all it's all artists tend to cite the man timing and then letting it go at the right time. Once you let it go the right time, you're gonna be swinging the ball much faster, you're gonna have much more powerful balls, it's gonna be much more effortless is gonna feel like yes, the point is that there is there's a power effortless power. Again, the idea is of course the racket is slightly behind it is lagging a little bit behind. Now I'm going to show you one little exercise that I like to do to improve this very important This is probably one of the most crucial things that I'm applying and I'm always working on the call with my players. This has to be done.

You cannot stop training attacking forehand if you don't have the right biomechanics, which are normal for him. So again, at the moment, I'm going to the other side to the tennis one. I'm going to show you a couple exercises, how you can start improving this motion. This effortless movement right now, and again, it's gonna help you much more in order to have that powerful weapon forehand
