So let's get into it. Now with the yellow ball, of course I step back more, so I have more time more space. But basic system is gonna have two parts again, the first part I'm focusing on kind of staying longer here and just focusing on that, or that hip rotation, releasing it in right time to turn, release, and just let it go.
