It is highly recommended that you always do this hand exercise before you begin the meditation and energy healing. This is a very simple exercise that activates the chakras within the palms of your hands and prepares you for meditation and energy therapy. Within the palms of your hands there are two very special and very powerful chakras. It is from these two energy centers that powerful energy can be released. Activating and becoming familiar with these chakras is essential. These chakras turn ordinary hands into powerful therapy tools.
Once the energy begins to flow freely from your hands, you will be able to provide wonderful therapy not only to yourself, but others as well. Face your palms toward each other. Keeping about Six to 12 inches of space between the hands. Close your eyes and try to become conscious of the energy between your hands. You may move your hands closer together, and then further apart to feel the energy fluctuating. Do this exercise for about three to five minutes.
Everyone will feel the energy differently. hot, cold, tingly, bouncy, etc. You will constantly be using your hands and your unique energy throughout the meditation and therapy transformation process. This meditation requires subtle hand positions used to connect with the aura. This means placing your hands a few inches away from the energy center in a hover position. You will not need to touch any part of the body.
Your aura is a reflection of your spirit, and we're attempting to become more conscious and aware of the Spirit. The little bit of distance between your physical body and your hands will allow you to feel the subtle energy of the Spirit. Eventually, you will get a better feel of the appropriate amount of distance required to feel the maximum benefit. Sometimes you may find that the more physical distance you maintain between your hands and your body, the greater the impact. This is why distant energy therapies can be so effective. There are seven major chakras within us.

These energy centers are part of your energy body. This knowledge originated from the weathers later, it was adopted within Buddhism, and more recently in the Reiki system. based on our experience, you don't need to focus on every chakra during every healing. The universal energy is intelligent energy that knows exactly where to go.
You don't need to physically or mentally direct it either. In fact, this can dilute the effectiveness. Also, we may assume that a particular symptom is being caused by a certain area of the body whereas the root of the problem Could be somewhere else entirely. We will begin by using three energy centers that over time we have found to be very effective, the third eye, the throat, and the heart chakras. These chakras will also feed energy to the other chakras as needed. Place your hands directly across your energy centers.

The fourth and final position will be to rest your hands on your lap, palms facing up. complete each of these hand positions for approximately three to five minutes. Let your spirit guide you.
