You can use the say Texas exercise I've given you here as an audio guided meditation, or practice it on your own as self hypnosis. To use the Texas exercise as self hypnosis, simply listen to the guided meditation a few times to get an understanding of what to do, and the level of relaxation necessary for hypnosis. Then, simply focus on each of the six colors. As you become more and more deeply relaxed. Feel the colors moving through you and around you. You can simply stay in hypnosis as a meditation, or you can use affirmation and visualization here.
