DESCRIPTION: How to Deal with Karma?
In Bhagavat Gita Lord Krishna details all about Karma Yoga and how to be free from Karma. We have to remember that we cant be free from Karma. We are always doing something. If we not doing anything, we are still breathing, or thinking. Karma has three levels- one is our physical action (dehik), the second our speech or vachika karma and third is manasik or mental. So Krishna says we cant be free from doing our karma or action, but we can free from attachment with the karma by following our karma or duties without having desires for the fruits or outcomes.
According to Bhagavat Gita we all need to master our karma and free from bondage by &ldquo;doing our best and leaving the rest&rdquo;. We put our energy and effort in what needs to be done, and we do it to the best we can. Learning not to judge and stress for the fruits and outcomes.
