According to Vedic wisdom, &ldquo;truth is one and wise speak it in many ways&rdquo;.
Yoga offers us many overlapping approaches and paths to attain self-realization, Samadhi or liberation. Swamiji Gitananda Giri Ji mentions that &ldquo;health and happiness is birth-right of each and every living being.&rdquo; Further, he says that we must claim our right to be healthy and happy and do everything that leads us to health and happiness.
Hindu Darshana, which can be understood as a &ldquo;way of life&rdquo;, &ldquo;school of thoughts or principles&rdquo;, on how to live a healthy and prosperous life and master own inner self. Our western life demands to go outward for life fulfillment and joy while Hindu Darshana demands to go inward and master our own self to attain liberation. Hinduism includes many paths, philosophies, belief systems, gods and goddesses, rituals, and life paths to attain the ultimate goal of Supreme-Realisation (Atman-Jnana).
