Hatha Yoga Pradipika&nbsp;:-

The Hatha Yoga Pradipika was written in Sanskrit by Swami Swatmarama Suri, a disciple of Swami Gorakshanath, in the 15th century. It is considered to be the&nbsp;oldest surviving teaching&nbsp;on Hatha Yoga. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika contains instructions on the&nbsp;practice of postures(Asanas),&nbsp;vital energy practice by means of breath&nbsp;(Pranayama) and&nbsp;cleansing techniques(Shata-Kriyas), as well as a description of the various prana vayus or&nbsp;energies in the body. Further chapter 4 deals with the concepts of Samadhi or Liberation. Withdrawing of the mind to focus on Bindu, can be followed with nada or laya yoga (chanting of mantras).
