Alright, so I want to quickly break down the other two categories. And that is organic video, and then video search engine that's inside of Google. So we're not talking about YouTube at all. What I wanted to simply differentiate is that when inside of Google, I would say probably it's almost an 8020 rule, basically, that 80% of your videos are going to be YouTube videos, and then 20% are going to be self hosted. That's basically the breakdown. I mean, I'm sure it's a few percentage points off, but that's at 20.

However, it reverses. On the other end inside of video search engine. And again, this is where they give a lot of credence towards your self hosting. So again, the biggest Probably boosts from you is going to come from you uploading your videos to YouTube, you're going to Get YouTube Traffic possibility of getting YouTube organic video rankings. But you need to again go after keywords that are already video keywords inside the organic area here. Inside the video SEO, you can rank for basically any keyword if you just want to talk about iPhones in general, you know, iPhone reviews generations one through seven that could rank you for iPhones, but if you typed in iPhones again into here, that's not going to come back with any video terms.

Again, we come back into this. I simply type in iPhone or iPhone seven. We're not going to really get videos. By typing iPhone again, same thing, it's probably not going to bring up any videos. But again, if I bring an iPhone seven repair That has the ability to bring up a video, but it's probably going to be you know, clean screen and repair. And you want to search for these types of keywords and make sure that you find videos on the first page.

Now, even beyond finding videos on the first page, you want to make sure that you find a video within the first three organic spots and this would be considered the first three organic spots. This is all one website even though it's a forum so that's why it has multiple sub topics and directories. These as you can see our ads these first four right here. So you want to get in beside these first three organic and the reason being is 50% 50% of all traffic, and really a little bit more than that goes to the top three positions are So if you have a video that's already ranking the top three positions inside of page one of Google, you have a very good chance of being able to get that up there as well. You just need to optimize it, right? Get the correct video duration in length, and a few other things, and you're going to be set.

However, with video, this, this version, their video tab, search engine, it's a little bit less like that still about the same, but in fact, it's a round 35%. Last time I checked, go to the top three. And the reason why is if you go over and we'll view the search engine for videos real quick, you'll see that it's not nearly as standout ish when you have a video on the page here. So again, people are more looking for what's more interactive. What's longer. Sometimes what's the shortest you know how to fix the crack screen in one minute?

Okay, cool. It's probably not really going to show you how to do that. But there is a possibility. So here's probably one that's going to get clicked on a lot done in six minutes. So all of these things are part of the Google side of the search engine and Video SEO, but it's not involving YouTube. These two are very different.

I just wanted to differentiate this, the inside of organic 80% or YouTube videos 20% of health, self hosted on the other end, this is usually what's happening. And especially when it's more generic keywords. When you have a video keyword inside of even the video search engine, this is also going to be a you know, it's going to reverse back to this. So for all video keywords. All right, so I just want to kind of nail that inside your head for all video keywords. And this is best for what I would consider generic.

Now generic doesn't mean it can't be a buying keyword, it can't be you giving a review or something like that. But most of the time when you do this search on anything that's coming up inside of organic and has videos, that's a video keyword. And the same is going to be true over here. 80% of all video keywords are going to be a YouTube video. So if I come over here, and again, this was a video keyword. So here you go.

This is also going to be a lot of YouTube videos. Some of these will be self hosted, but most of them again are going to be YouTube as you see here. Here's a few commands. CNET, etc. Now when you enter in again, just a generic keyword, you're much, much more likely see Apple fortune, fortunes CNET USA Today electronics, this is the generic keyword, this generic keyword now is more open to you being self hosted, because they don't want to deal with it's in their algorithm. They don't want to deal with all of that extra traffic, knowing that may be bloated because people are just looking for a generic idea.

And then they're going from there. So that's about it. That's the main idea. I wanted to differentiate between these two. So if you have any generic terms, self host, if you're trying to rank for video terms, make sure it's inside of YouTube. And that's where you upload and host the videos.
