All right, so I am going to show you kind of an overview how to navigate set more, and how to get the basics set up. So the reason that I teach you how to use set more is for a couple of reasons. The main reason being that I want to teach you how to set up your business systems in the most inexpensive possible way and set more has a robust, very, very simple interface that is really really easy to work with for anyone. It does all the things that we possibly could need it to do for free, which is absolutely amazing. I have tested magaro and square and acuity and, and a couple of other ones that are all Really great. But the thing about using set more is, is that it has so many great integrations that we needed to do in the free version.

So when my clients come into this program, they come in, where they're at a stage in their journey where they can't be paying for all of these different software's. So, I want to share with you how you can create a really solid business strategy on the lowest budget possible. So that is my goal here. And that is what I have found was that more. Now the great thing about upgrading to the premium version is once you start seeing momentum in your business, then if you want to upgrade I think the the main reason to upgrade to the premium version is to have the ability to text, send text message reminders to your customers. So um, but honestly, you can do absolutely everything else.

That we could possibly need you to do with a free version. So with that said, let's get started on setting up your set more dashboard. So here's your main home dashboard. You'll normally see appointments here, you can book appointments From this page, you can see your confirmed revenue, how many appointments you have, this week, your projected revenue. I don't have anything here because this is a dummy account. So bear with me on that front.

So as we move down the tabs on the side here, I'm going to show you a few different things. So I want you to just kind of go through in order and just see the kind of settings that you like because there are a lot of different things that you can do. And so you can view this on the daily calendar, you can view it on your monthly calendar, whatever view that you prefer, you know, you can check ahead in into the next month. So that's your calendar appointments obviously are going to show up here. If you Add them in your customer dashboard, you can add I have a few customers over here, clients, guests, whatever you want to call them. Um, but you can add them one by one right here or you can import a CSV file here.

So I would definitely get them all imported as soon as you can. It's great to have photos with your with your client BIOS, that's awesome in the notes, you can put in their formulas. And and then of course, you can see their previous appointments here. Um, the nice thing is, is that once we get into apps and integrations here, it they do offer an Android and an iOS app now which is so amazing. So now you can book directly from your chair. And it's so convenient.

You can put your formulas in right away. You can book right away. The great thing is, is that your booking page has all this great information on it, you can have your logo or a photo of you, you can have these different tabs over here, which I'll show you in just a moment. All your contact information, your business hours, it is so great people can see, um, reviews and things like that from your booking page. It's so so powerful. You can take a look at what else this integrates with.

So you can you know, integrate it with Facebook to offer book booking from your Facebook business page. They have a booking widget that we're going to use eventually on your square landing pages. Then we've got or on a website. And of course it integrates with Instagram, which is my favorite feature. Because our business lives so much on Instagram, and also Facebook. So it just depends on Your demographics, right.

And then of course, you can kind of check and see all the other things that it offers, which is super amazing. So now you're going to want to go into configure and go through these tabs. So you can set your URL to you. Typically I like to have this match my branded hashtag. So my brand hashtag is hashtag for Oreo hair. Okay, so I have my booking URL for Oreo hair.

Um, you again, with the premium version, you can have your own branded URL without the set more branding in it. But for the most part, it is more than efficient to have this URL with a piece of it as your brand. Then you're going to want to go into company details. And so here you can have a logo or a photo now, my opinion reference and advice would always be to have a photo of yourself. Now the reason for that is because you know, a lot of people are going to tell you you need a logo you need you are your brand, you know this and that and that you have to have all this branding, but you are your brand. And if a new client stumbles upon your booking link, and they want to know who they're booking with, they want to see who they're booking with.

They want to see your face, they want to know who to look for when they're coming into their appointment. It just already builds the trust and rapport right away. So rather than having a logo here, I personally would suggest putting an image of yourself here. Then go ahead and fill out your company details, your contact details, a little bit of a bio about you, and then connect your social media. So I just had Facebook to Instagram, if you have Twitter or if you want to add another social media platform like Snapchat or something like that, you can definitely add that with the plus sign here. And this tripped me up for a little while, they already have the HTTP here.

And so you have to have the www dot Facebook, and then www dot Instagram without the HTTP, backslash in front of it. So just have just start with the www otherwise, it's not going to correct or excuse me connect properly. So that was a little hang up that I got stuck on. Set up your business hours. So you can go ahead and turn these on and off as often as you'd like. Set your business hours up.

You can then also, I'm freezing up here. So just give me a moment. The next thing is booking policies. So this is extremely important. So if you have issues with people canceling last minute, no showing, or maybe you book really far out in advance for weddings or something like that, you're going to want to create some form of scarcity so that people understand that you're running your business like a business. So you can I have mine set to you can only book out five days ahead of time, that's really soon.

So this I would probably say 30 to 60 days. And then if somebody needed to get in with you beyond that, then then you can either book those appointments for them, like if they're booking standing appointments or something like that. But you can, you know, definitely set this up to, to whatever you want that to be. So, you know, book, if you want to book on the hour or on the 15 Minute. If you want You know how far in advance our customers allowed to book, that kind of thing. So, oh, excuse me, this is your lead time up here.

So let's just say somebody you know, you could always say like, no one can book 20 you have to book at least 24 hours in advance, right? You don't want somebody booking, you know, the last hour, and you're out running errands, okay. So make sure that you set that. So that that is to your liking. And then here, you can set how far they can book out in in advance whether that's 12 months, six months, three months, one month, whatever you want that to be, um, excuse me, select which contact fields you want to show on your booking page. You know, if you have any notes in here, cancellation policy, 48 hours, 24 hours, whatever that is for you.

And just make sure that you set this to whatever you want that to be for your policies, but how Have a policy in place to create a little bit of scarcity so that they understand that you're a business. Okay? Now the next thing that that I would also set this to customer login is required. And then your callback URL. We are going to talk about this a little bit later once we actually get your landing page set up. So that's going to be really important for later.

So just know that this is when I refer to the callback URL. This is where you're going to find it. Then you can go into customization. And I'll show you the booking page what it looks like in just a moment. So there is under your photo under your bio photo, there's going to be some tabs. Now, set more offers these class options.

So obviously, if you don't offer classes, then I wouldn't put those in there. If you do offer classes and workshops, if you're an educator or something like that, you can definitely use these classes. booking options, but if you're not, then just uncheck those and make sure that these other ones are checked. If you're just yourself, then you don't necessarily need to have staff members checked on there. And then here is where I would put your hashtags. So you can have multiple hashtags.

You just have to separate them by a comma. But um, the hashtags are how you filter the photos that are showing up on from your Instagram feed on to your step more booking page, which again, is what I'm going to show you in just a moment. And then the most one of the most powerful, powerful things is that if you have the reviews tab turned on, then you can when someone goes to your booking page, so this is turned on. So after somebody booked that appointment with you visits due for their appointment, they're going to get an automatic email saying, hey, how was your visit? Do you want to send? Or do you want to send in a review?

So it basically invites them to give you a review. Now, awesome thing is about this feature is unlike, you know, Yelp reviews or Facebook reviews, someone can go and review you and say something super nasty. And then you have no way of deleting it or, you know, sending in to support whatever that system is, whether it's Yelp or Facebook or something to say, Hey, I don't want this review showing on my page, can you please You know, remove it and then it becomes like this long, cumbersome process, right? So the cool thing about that more is that you will get pending review. So if somebody sends in a review for you, it lands on this page, and then you you have the right to publish it or not, which I think is so powerful. So, and then of course, then there's this option of hiding the ones that you don't want shown.

Once you have your booking page all set up, then you're going to click out of there and you're going to go and visit your booking page. And the other thing with the premium version is that you're going to be able to have your own brand, brand colors, your logo up here. If you have the free version, you're going to see step more branding, which is totally fine for now. So okay, great. So now we've got our booking policy, we've got our contact information, I can click on the about, I can click on what services I've got, you can see my photos from my Instagram. Awesome.

And then you can also see, oh, I just froze again here. Just give me a sec. Second, and then you can see reviews. So you can click on reviews and see all my five star reviews. Which is so awesome. And then if somebody was on this page, they can directly go and write a review right here and submit the review for approval.

And then of course, if they want to book an appointment, then they click the service. Okay, great. Here's, you know, where you can have your description of your service. And then it takes them through this, this confirmation process of booking the appointment, so they pick their day, I don't have any time slots available, but it'll grab their info and confirm their time. And then over here, I can if I want to go check out their Facebook, I can go check out Facebook and then I can also check out their Instagram. Awesome, so lots of really cool integrations that are, you know, not typical for a free software to settings, here's where you're going to set up your services.

Now, you can go under, you've got your account settings, you've got staff. So if of course if you have more than one staff, you can set up different staff members here. And you'll have you should have your own booking links over here. And then your is going to show your services your working hours, you can make changes to that you can make breaks, you can take time scheduled time off, but go to services on the left hand side over here to set up your services. So you'll just either click the plus sign here for a new category, so if you have hair, nails, skin, whatever that is you can create categories. And then over here you create new services.

So then you enter your service name, you can add a photo you can add, you can change the color so that they're color coded. You can change you know, you can have the price in there, you can do that duration of time, if you want to buffer in, you know, so that people know or that your calendar will know that you need a buffer time you can change it to a private service. So if this is a service that only you as a service provider can book then change it to a private service so that you can book it from your own dashboard. Payments are great for something like taking um, you know, if you offer a membership so like if you offer like a monthly blowout type of membership, you could do that. Or if you take deposits for weddings or something like that, you can set up a free stripe account here.

Hear classes again, you can set that up if you offer education, and then notifications, I would set up so that typically when you send an email, I would say when you booked an appointment, send an email. And when you've cancelled and then of course, if you offer classes, you can do that here. And then you can set these settings to whatever you want. And then like I said, if you want to be able to text, send text reminders, you can sign up for the premium version. So I believe that was everything that I wanted to cover with you. If you go under products, this is where if you wanted to see what what it looks like for the premium version premium is 25 a month.

Obviously, the free is going to do everything that we need to do together through this process. So whatever you want here, get set up with that otherwise That's everything that you probably need to know to get set up for set more, and I will see you in the next training. So I hope that you learned something in this video and I'm excited for you to get your online booking, set up and ready to go and start using right away. I'll see you in the next video.
