Looking at the positive side of life, people with high influence love to explore possibilities and inspire others to see bright futures. They're optimistic. They're often colorful, they love variety. And they have a great sense of fun. They're influential, they're persuasive. They're friendly.

They're verbal, communicative, and they're positive. People with the high influence behavioral style, may attempt to persuade or influence others unnecessarily. They have a need for the limelight for being the center of attention. They may overestimate their own abilities, and they may overestimate the abilities of other people. They have a tendency to oversell ideas, and they have a vulnerability to any rejection that they may perceive that they're receiving. Leaving.

People with the high influence behavioral style are easily distracted. They move from one project to another very easily and will move according to what interests and energizes them. Have you anybody in mind who demonstrates the high influence behavioral style, you may be thinking of someone who's quite optimistic, works on a lot of projects and easily moves from one to another. They may be concerned about how they're perceived to other people they like to be liked. It's important to note that to a group of people, they bring a high level of energy, and they bring lots of trust. They have a compelling vision.

They try and work with that vision and get everybody to work with that vision. The group's spirit will turn to positive drive and group motivation with a sense of fun and they bring an inspiration In a sheer joy of working together, when working with people with the high influence paper or style is important to expect some elements of socializing, talk about opinions. Talk about as the people give your ideas about the service or the product or whatever it is that you're discussing. Get them to give you their ideas and their points of view. be enthusiastic, be energetic, be fast paced, and offer incentives. However, you'll have difficulty with the high influence behavioral style, if you try to control them, and try and control the purpose of the meeting and try to keep strictly to a structure.

You're going to have problems if you're impatient with them or if you're too controlled. If you give them too much detail, if you try and tie them down to making a decision, and then close down the end direction. While sociability is important, don't socialize too much, and certainly don't patronize or dig your heels in when they're expressing themselves and being enthusiastic.
