A feeling of hope and empowerment is tremendously helpful in turning health around and discussion with knowledgeable physicians can go a long way to put your mind at ease. But so often we do not know what questions to ask, to help us feel better. Doctors are inundated with patients and do not always have the time to reassure us that all will be well, and indeed, the events of 2020 and COVID 19 have resulted in a reduction in hospital and doctor consultations for fear of exposure, and this has left our other health conditions floundering.
