Here are over time what you should gain from the program

What's in the program? Well, let's go through the checklist of outcomes. So when you take the program you learn about four types of energy, loud, fast, quiet and slow. You understand the gifts that each type of energy bring to each situation. You also understand the challenge is that each type of energy can sometimes be and how that can be a challenge to others, to ourselves, or both. Now discover how a non judgement common language approach helps with build engagement, build trust, and help solidify how we connect with each other.

In the program, we learn about how three less healthy states and three healthy states we all visit and how we can attain visiting the three healthy states more often and not visit as often the unhealthy states and unhappy states. So we'll discuss frozen flickered and frenzied as three states we visit every day. But we don't want to stay there. And then we'll understand the three healthy states of floppy flow and frightened fun and how they help build this up, help us stay more creative, help us stay more engaged and move forward in life. Then we'll learn how to identify when it's time to ask for help. It's really important to ask for help, it's a sign of courage to sign a strength.

And we're going to go and reinstate and get you to remember the gifts that each state can often provide. There's no character flaw to be in any of the states. But if you live in the three less productive unhealthy states, more often than not, it gets in the way of happiness in life, and productivity, and we all deserve more happiness and productivity. We'll touch on and practice key skills to achieve each of the healthy states. We have some audio files for follow up a bedtime or nap time or long as you're not driving a motorized vehicle. You can practice Combining skills to maximize successful outcomes, and preparing and practice to resist recovery and healing from a past event, or preparing your practice to SR thrive, despite an upcoming challenge.

Maybe you're studying for an exam that you're not doing well in. Maybe it's going in for a medical test. Maybe it's dealing with a large loss in a relationship, or financial. And last but not least, I want you to consider short term success versus long term mastery. More than a couple of people in business said, I don't have time to learn this stuff. When I said well, I understand it takes time.

But investing in now can shorten the time later it takes to get things done successfully. So to recap it, take this on. Understand that our feeling thinking body can each be in a different state at the same point in time, so my body can be frantic. My feelings can be in frenzy. Yet, I've been practicing some skills and I've got my body to calm down. And I mean a floppy state.

And with practice, we can get our emotions to achieve that. And our brain to achieve that. So we sleep deeper. We have better outcomes. So imagine yourself with more resiliency for life. See in the program
