QB is usually deployed over four phases. each phase is called House of quality as the structure that you build in the process resembles your house. The four houses are product planning, product design, process planning, and production planning. It is also called as process control. In the product planning house, you translate customer requirements into product technical requirements. The product design house is used to translate technical requirements to key part characteristics.

In the process planning house, you identify key process operations necessary to achieve key part characteristics in the production planning how's you established process control plans, maintenance plans and training plans to control operations. Wow, that sounds to be a lot of work. Was that too much to grasp? A lot of information to get in 30 seconds. Okay, okay. It did become easier as we move further.
