The thing is, it’s a fantastic idea to understand eating vegan at its very core, having a foundation and understanding of vegan food for many reasons.
1. It helps the planet.
Eating meat and creating meat for food uses incredible amounts of resources and it’s quite expensive for mother earth to provide for us.
2. It’s hard to break down.
Eating Meat and Fish (so-called proteins) are really quite hard for the gut to break down and for our bodies to absorb the nutrients - that process slows your digestion.
3. Vegan is like a detox.
When you eat Vegan, it’s like an inherent detox because your diet would consist of vegetables and fruit and really not a lot else. So you’ll be eating incredibly well on fresh produce, eating more vegetables than you’d ever expect to eat so you’ll come out of this process feeling incredible.
